How should we deal with golfing libraries when scoring entries?

Continuation of Is my extension-like library allowed to be used in answers?, the answer to that question seems to be a "yes", now we need to figure out how to score it.

I won't make an answer for this because it doesn't seem proper to be one. I might say that library imports can be split into 2 different scores on a single answer. One where the import is missing and the other includes it, including the macro or function added (considering you're talking about my extension). Check out my answers, you'll see what I mean.
