Should posting on Meta affect reputation?

When we launched this community, we did not yet have the ability to set different reputation grants for different categories. We've had this for a while but we failed to follow up before now, sorry.

Do you want us to change posts on Meta to not award rep for upvotes or subtract it for downvotes? This change would be retroactive, though not immediately -- the next time a certain custodial script runs, reputation levels would be adjusted to remove rep gained from Meta.

(If I recall correctly, your community is using Meta posts to create rules posts of various sorts, so maybe you don't want to change anything. Meta rep came up on one community, so I'm making the rounds to let everyone know this can be changed at community request.)

Added from comments: feel free to also discuss other categories too. For each category, for each post type in that category, we can set the rep given for each of upvote and downvote. The sandbox (article post type) is already set to 0/0 from previous discussions.
