Outdated User Abilities help page
On Codidact Meta, it looks like there have been improvements to the [User Abilities help page](https://meta.codidact.com/help/abilities), fixing some typos and adding an extra explanatory section. These improvements have not been applied to the [Code Golf User Abilities page](https://codegolf.codidact.com/help/abilities) so that page is missing the extra section (which applies equally here) and still has various typos. Since there is nothing Code Golf specific on this particular help page, does it just need to be updated to reflect the version on Meta?
