Reactions were just released! See the main meta post here for the details.

Currently, the default reactions look like this: Reactions panel

Now, I would argue that none of these fit for Code Golf - so what reactions do you think the community should have?

I think "Dangerous" could perhaps stay on. "Outdated" would probably be better off replaced with "Invalid" or something of that sort. I don't think we need "Works for me" or an analog of it at all: I don't entirely disagree with Quintec's suggestion of "Interesting/Cool/Wow" but showing your support for an answer is what upvotes are for. An "Interesting!" reaction wouldn't add anything meaningful (unlike "Works for me" on sites where that applies).

Yeah, I wasn't so sure about Interesting/Cool/Wow either. But I do feel like "works for me" falls under the same category as "what votes are for", I don't really see a difference

Quintec‭ Sure, but I think "Works for me" helps you trust that someone actually tried an answer out and saw that it worked. Often, upvotes are given out without necessarily checking that a piece of code works. I think it could useful for proper Q&A sites, but we don't really need it.
